Innovectra, Hagadone Directories Honored with Best Electronic Directory Gold Book Award by the Association of Directory Publishers
ADP recognizes technical and functional excellence of Innovectra's ActivSearch 7.0 local search platform powering Hagadone Directories "The Black Book" online
Vienna, Va., September 17, 2007 –Local search pioneer Innovectra Corporation today announced its award by the Association of Directory Publishers (ADP) for Best Electronic Directory in a Gold Book Awards ceremony at the recent ADP mid-year conference. The nomination was submitted by Innovectra partner Hagadone Directories Incorporated, a leading independent publisher across several Northwestern states, which recently deployed its “The Black Book™” brand online, powered by Innovectra’s ActivSearch 7.0. Innovectra and Hagadone Directories were selected for this honor out of a competitive group of seventeen submissions.
“We (HDI) executed an exhaustive search for the best online Yellow Pages directory partner, recognizing explosive consumer use of online local search and HDI’s need to help advertisers reach and monetize this dynamic marketplace,” said Aaron Bazinet, Art Director, Hagadone Directories.
“Innovectra’s reputation for on-time, within-budget delivery and outstanding service, coupled with its technologically-advanced, user-friendly ActivSearch 7.0 platform made it the obvious choice for us. We were pleased to nominate Innovectra for this award.”
ActivSearch 7.0 is the latest local search enhancement from the Virginia based technology firm, which allows consumers to find local businesses in a variety of ways. Released in April, the platform features “Service Area” search, enabling advertisers serving multiple towns to be included in search results from any town that a directory serves, even if the advertisers are located outside of the searched radius. Service Area search redefines distance-based local search by breaking away from strict “algorithmically” driven definitions of distance, to deliver a new level of relevant results for both consumers and advertisers.
“We are thrilled to have this honor bestowed upon us by an important client and the leading association serving the independent Yellow Pages industry,” said Bob Burger, CEO of Innovectra Corporation. “Innovectra continues to be an indispensable partner to over two dozen leading online yellow pages publishers. Through constant product innovation, stellar customer service and delivery of real online monetization and traffic strategies, Innovectra is well positioned to retain its lead in the local search directory space.”
Hagadone Directories, celebrating its 20th anniversary, has grown to serve ten local markets, publishing and distributing approximately 1 million directories per year in Northern California, Idaho, Montana, Washington and Oregon. The company, which also won two additional Gold Book awards for its print products at ADP this year, recently implemented its “The Black Book™” brand online; utilizing ActivSearch 7.0. Consumers can now reach the online directory at www.blackphonebook.com. To further enhance its online presence, Hagadone also selected Innovectra’s ActivDirectory platform, which converts print products into high-quality “look & feel” electronic directories utilizing advanced proprietary local search technologies.

LeadStream – A New Kind of Online Lead Generation Solution – Helps Crack the Local Search Code for SMBs
Deep Local Search and Yellow Pages Heritage along with a Vertically-Focused Sales Force Key to LeadStream’s Success.
Santa Clara, Calif., March 20, 2007 –Rising above the fray of traditional Search Engine Marketing (SEM) vendors, a new kind of solution has emerged for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) and online directory publishers that helps to crack the code for local search. Debuting at The Kelsey Group’s Drilling Down on Local conference in Santa Clara, Calif., LeadStream, a new business unit of local search pioneer Innovectra, is a performance-based online lead generation solution for SMBs in targeted vertical and geographic markets.
Piloted in 2005, LeadStream’s business model utilizes vertical keyword analysis, testing and tracking methodologies, as well as segment-specific SEM tools and products that help drive motivated buyers to SMBs. From offering multiple ways of receiving and tracking leads including online landing pages with pay-per-call, email, mapping and coupons, to creating lead qualification and customer retention services, LeadStream is building a strong base of SMBs relying on its performance-based Internet marketing solutions.

With one of the only vertically-focused in-house ad sales and customer support teams, LeadStream is an effective channel distribution partner for vertical directories, search engines and Internet Yellow Pages seeking significant advertiser penetration and revenue growth. LeadStream has an intimate knowledge of the SMB market provided by a seasoned management team with deep Yellow Pages, local search marketing and advertising sales experience.
"Our latest research shows that SMBs are increasingly turning to targeted, vertical electronic media," said Matt Booth, senior vice president and program director for The Kelsey Group's Interactive Local Media practice. "This represents a considerable opportunity for online service providers, like LeadStream, that understand and deliver solutions tailored to the unique needs of SMBs."LeadStream offers a complete suite of products and services including online landing page templates and multiple search engine sponsored ads, priority placement on major search engines, a unique trackable phone number, a personalized performance-tracking site called LeadTrak and several other lead tracking methods tailored to SMBs needs.

Independent Yellow Pages Publishers Move Closer to Customers with Innovectra’s Complete Online Media Integration Services
Innovectra Corporation enabling Independent Publishers to retain and grow advertiser relationships from print to the Internet with Online Yellow Pages and complete online ad serving.
VIENNA, VA, October 12, 2006 – With over 180 million U.S. residents online by the end of 2006 and more local online advertising choices available than ever before, independent Yellow Pages publishers have a convincing opportunity to use the Internet as another powerful means to maintain quality advertiser relationships. However, for these publishers and their advertisers, the online local search industry can be a very complex and fragmented space to enter. Innovectra, the only full-service local search software and services company, has developed and deployed a strategy that is helping independent Yellow Pages publishers easily weave local search into their core services to complement print products, move their core brands online and demystify local online advertising.
By expanding on traditional Yellow Pages offerings, Innovectra is introducing independent publishers to Interactive Yellow Pages and other online outlets to maximize publishers’ return-on-investment, deepen advertiser loyalty and provide a path for non-traditional revenue growth. Although the print Yellow Pages is still the first choice for searchers to gather business information, Innovectra’s local search solutions expand that reach by serving advertisers to publishers’ Online Yellow Pages sites and a large number of targeted online media, all aimed at reinforcing publishers’ brands on the Internet.
“Offering another way for our advertisers to connect with their customers beyond the scope of our print products creates a new level of control and personalization that is unique to the web experience,” said Scott Dorton, Director of Internet Marketing for Metro Directories. “Innovectra’s all-inclusive online local search solution has benefited Metro Directories by growing our advertiser base and giving our print advertisers online visibility that may have been previously out-of-reach.”
Using the latest search engine marketing techniques and serving advertiser’s information to various local search websites, is the newest piece of Innovectra’s approach to driving quality local leads from multiple sources. Innovectra’s complete local search suite of services has attracted many of the leading independent publishers across the country, such as United Yellow Pages in California, Metro Directories of Georgia and Ambassador Yellow Pages in New York, among others.
“The challenges print Yellow Pages publishers face in retaining long term advertiser relationships is growing significantly as more consumers move online and as more advertising choices become available to local businesses,” said Chris Scotton, President and CEO of Innovectra Corporation. “Innovectra’s online media integration services provide independent Yellow Pages publishers with an unbeatable online combination that solidifies their core brand on the Internet and simply connects all the pieces of the growing and increasingly fragmented local search marketing industry.”About Innovectra Corporation
